You've done the planning—now let us handle the execution. Our Day-Of Coordination service is designed to bring your vision to life without the stress. We charge a simple flat, hourly rate to keep things straightforward and budget-friendly. You'll meet with us for a final run-through to go over every detail, and from there, we take care of the timeline, vendor communication, and keeping the day running smoothly—so you can truly enjoy your event.

Let us step in and ensure everything flows perfectly, exactly the way you imagined.

 

Our Day-Of Coordination Includes:
✔ Final planning meeting to review all details
✔ Custom timeline creation and distribution
✔ Vendor coordination and point-of-contact on event day
✔ Ceremony + reception management
✔ Setup and teardown as requested
✔ Handling any last-minute changes or needs
✔ Problem-solving so you don’t have to lift a finger, and so much more!

Wedding or Event Day-Of Coordination
$150.00 / hour (three hour minimum)
(Includes all taxes & fees)
Please note, all coordination bookings will also include a $100.00 "planning fee" which covers a final meeting with your coordinator.

Travel fees may apply based on location​
